Iss safar mei hum bhi apnai anjaam tak pohanchai,
Nakhs-e-Ismail main reengtai hoai medaan tak pohanchai,

Tum kia jaanu mohabbat cheez hai kia,
Tum tou bab-e-ishq ke unwaan tak pohanchai,

Maan jao! abhi b waqt hai, kuch nai bhigra,
Tum chahtai ho yay dil halat-e-wiraan tak pohanchai,

Khuda ki zaat bhi rashq karti hai meri mohabbat sei,
Teri mooun ki nikli hoi har baat, Quran tak pohanchai,

Khuda utha lei mohabbat ko ab naslei insaani sei,
Takay dard na ab or kisee nadan tak pohanchai!

In this journey we too have reached our destination,
Following Ishmael we have crawled to the slaughter house,

What would you know about what love is?
You have reached only the title of the chapter of love,

Come consent, there is still time, nothing has gone awaste,
Do you want this heart to reach the state of desolation?

Even God's being is envious of my love for you,
For each utterance from your mouth matches the Qur'an,

Oh, God take away love from the human race,
So that pain reaches not another innocent soul!
